 The foundation for our Monticello Vin Blanc is the great white varietal of Burgundy, Chardonnay, estate-grown at Barboursville Vineyards and vinified in a classic style, using no oak in fermentation or in aging. The wine is exceptionally fresh and articulate of true Chardonnay to the nose and the palate, and pairs widely with poultry and fish, sea foods and vegetarian dishes.
