From family records and recovered artifacts, we know that at least two sets of English creamware were used at Monticello. The elegant “Emily” pattern comes from England’s Hartley Greens & Co., makers of fine creamware since 1770. Simple shapes with detailed scalloped rims are perfect for both formal and informal dining. Each place setting includes an 11" plate, 9" plate, 4 1/2"h, 8 oz. cup and saucer, and 8" bowl.
